OBTAINED REINSTATEMENT OF MAJOR DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT

In 2025, we represented a worldwide distributor of airplane parts made by a global aircraft manufacturer. The manufacturer sold the right to make these parts to another firm, which then tried to cancel our client’s distribution contract. This case raised complicated issues of American law and Swiss law. By our intervention, we persuaded the new manufacturer to reinstate our client’s contract rather than face certain litigation costs and potentially large liability. This matter was an unqualified success for our client.
