OBTAINED APPELLATE REVSERSAL OF TRIAL COURT’S DISMISSAL OF CLAIMS

In 2012, Mr. Markham persuaded a California Court of Appeal to reverse a judgment against our client. By this judgment, a California Superior Court had dismissed one of the defendants from the case, which concerned complicated commercial transactions and raised issues of commercial fraud.
