APPELLATE LITIGATION
Our firm has substantial, successful experience bringing and opposing appeals in federal and state courts of appeal. Our appellate work has concerned federal antitrust claims, complex business litigation, and real estate litigation. Mr. Markham has twice obtained reversals of judgments rendered against his clients — one time in an antitrust appeal decided by the Ninth Circuit and a second time in a commercial dispute decided by a California Court of Appeal. He has also successfully opposed several appeals, obtaining affirmances of favorable outcomes that we obtained at trial.
